Return Policies
Chase Refrigeration is dedicated to customer satisfaction. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your unused purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable*)      25% Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & hasnt been used)

  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $ 50.00.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund

Shipping Policies
Shipping to and from Chase Refrigeration is at the customer's expense unless item is listed frt. free and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All shipments are curb side delivery only unless customer specifies inside delivery.Inside delivery is extra.If customer needs a liftgate for delivery there is a $50 extra charge. All items will be shipped insured.  Call 1-888-586-2522 for an accurate rate quote.

When you receive items, inspect completely before signing freight slip.If item is damaged, refuse to sign slip and we will send replacement unit.If you find hidden damage,file claim with frt. co.

Chase Refrigeration is not liable for freight damages to customers.If you have freight damage, contact freight company and file a claim.Call chase ref. and we will help you through the process.

If customer cancels an order while in shipment, there will be a re-stocking fee of 25% and freight charges back to distribution center.Other charges might apply.
